Turning 14 is an exciting milestone — it means you’re now eligible, under East District rules, to play adult hockey. At ESMHC, we want this step to feel positive, safe and enjoyable. Eligibility doesn’t however automatically guarantee match time because we follow Safeguarding guidance to make sure every young player is physically, technically and emotionally ready for adult games.

No matter which team you train or play with, we hope you continue to enjoy your hockey and feel part of the ESMHC family.
