Umpires are essential to the game, helping create a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By volunteering as an umpire, you'll develop your understanding of hockey, improve your decision-making skills, and understand the role of one of our most important facilitators!

We welcome both experienced umpires and those looking to learn, with mentoring and support available to help you build confidence with a whistle.

The amount of time you can offer is totally up to you. Where possible, we will work around your constraints. We are looking for individuals to support on a Sunday morning and afternoon (for youth matches). These can range from U8 (4 aside) to U16 (11 aside)

DofE students, players, supporters, and anyone interested in learning more about the game.
