The training dates for the new season are here!
For the Ladies’ and Men’s squads, coaching sessions are as follows:
- Fitness training – Monday, 7–8pm (started)
- Ladies’ teams – Wednesday 7–9pm (starting 7 August)
- Men’s 1s training – Thursday, 7-9pm (starting 1 August)
- Men’s 2s, 3s & 4s teams – Thursday 7–9pm (starting 22 August)
- GK coaching sessions – timings TBC
